Access Request

Access to the USACE JSATS (Juvenile Salmon Acoustic Telemetry System) database is through a user-specific access code which is provided upon request. Access to the database is for renewable six-month periods of time. Capture histories of JSATS-tagged fish can be user generated by downloading files for detection event (i.e., detection events over time for individual fish on a hydrophone or cabled array basis), release, hydrophone location, tag life, and removals (i.e., removal events for transportation and collection at juvenile sampling facilities), and by using Program TagPro if desired. Program TagPro provides an interactive computing environment to create capture histories based on user specifications for the detection fields, study period, etc. Program TagPro can be downloaded to an individual’s PC for file processing. In your request, please specify the JSATS study for which you want data access.
